Former librarian and ethnographer working in UX

As an academic researcher in anthropology and music, I studied the nuances of how technology is used by musicians and producers. My path through academia then led me to Library and Information Science. I worked as an archivist at Yale University Library for 10 years, honing my skills in curating and organizing vast amounts of information, to ensure that knowledge was not only preserved, but accessible to those who needed it.

In 2021 I pivoted to UX, merging my enthusiasm for human insights and information management. I was a member of research operations teams at Thomson Reuters and SAP, leading large-scale research repository initiatives. In 2024 I founded The Current, as I saw an opportunity to help organizations bridge the gap between research access and impact.
