  • Your team, your work, your context

    Before anything else, I want to understand what your team does, what you are building, and what you want Claude to know about how you work together.

  • Setting up the workspace and understanding the structure

    We set up the workspace, cover how Claude Code works (nested CLAUDE.md files) and walk through everything included: knowledge base, context library, frameworks, templates, design systems, tools...

  • 30+ agents and 40+ skills

    Walk through the most relevant agents and skills for your team's situation. Everyone sees them in action, understands when to call which one, and knows how to add their own over time.

  • Filling in your shared knowledge base

    We fill in the templates: who you are, your domain, your team, your products. Writing styles too. You'll see how I work day to day, use built-in tools, context management, model selection, plan mode..

  • Live test on your actual work

    We pick one real task from your team's work and run it through the setup. Everyone leaves having seen it work, not just having been told it will.

  • Setting up your repo on GitHub

    We create a GitHub repository for your workspace so your setup is versioned, backed up, and easy to build on over time.

Prerequisites

  • Claude Code CLI and a code editor installed

    Every team member should have Claude CLI installed alongside VS Code or Cursor before the session. Instructions are at docs.anthropic.com

  • A GitHub account

    Free account is enough. At least one team member needs one set up before the session at github.com

  • A paid Claude subscription per person

    Each team member needs an active Claude Pro or higher subscription. Make sure everyone is set up before the session.
