AI changed what that means. I went from curious to fluent, and it changed how I work at every level: how I think, how I plan, how I run my team.

That's the gap I help people close.

You probably open ChatGPT or Claude when you hit a wall: to rewrite something, get unstuck, or clean up an email. It helps. But you close the tab and move on. AI is not part of how you actually work yet.

Fluency is different. It's knowing which tool to reach for, how to structure your thinking, how to build shared context...
