    Before anything else, I want to understand what you do, what you are building, and what you want Claude to actually know about your work.

  • Installing the workspace and understanding the structure

    We set up the workspace, cover how Claude Code works (nested CLAUDE.md files) and walk through everything included: knowledge base, context library, frameworks, templates, design systems, tools...

  • 30+ agents and 40+ skills

    Walk through the most relevant agents and skills for your situation. You can see them in action, understand when to call which one (and how), and know how to add your own over time.

  • Start filling in your knowledge base

    We fill in the templates: who you are, your domain, your team, your products. Writing styles too. You'll see how I work day to day, use built-in tools, context management, model selection, plan mode..

  • Live test on your actual work

    We pick one real task from your work and run it through the setup. You leave having seen it work, not just having been told it will.

Prerequisites

  • Claude Code CLI and a code editor installed

    You should have Claude CLI installed alongside VS Code or Cursor before the session. Instructions are at docs.anthropic.com

  • A paid Claude subscription

    Claude Code requires an active Claude Pro or higher subscription. Make sure yours is active before the session.
