In one day, we put Claude Code, Claude CoWork, and Claude Design in front of every role and let each person find the lane that fits their work. We open with a free discovery call to learn what each role actually does, then spend four hands-on hours building on those real tasks. Engineers point Claude Code at your own repository, operators run CoWork against the documents and tasks they handle daily, and designers and marketers ship live assets in Claude Design. Everyone leaves fluent in the surface that moves their part of the work.

Along the way we cover the connective tissue too: how prompt engineering changes what each tool gives back, where the Model Context Protocol (MCP) lets Claude reach your real systems, and how the surfaces hand off so one person's output becomes the next person's input. By the end of the day each person has shipped something in their own lane, and the team holds a shared map of where the full Claude stack fits.

Hour 1: The stack, end to end
A clear tour of Claude Code, CoWork, and Design, and which kind of work each one is built for.
Hour 2: Code and operations lanes
Engineers build with Claude Code on real code while operators run CoWork on their own documents and tasks.
Hour 3: Design and cross-role work
Designers and marketers build live assets with Claude Design, then we connect lanes so roles can hand off cleanly.
Hour 4: Capstone in your lane
Each person ships something built with the right tool for their role, then shows it to the room.
After the day: Office hour
A follow-up session to keep every role moving as they put their new lane into daily use.
