Prerequisites
Access to a Microsoft 365 tenant with Power Platform
You’ll publish to Teams in Week 1. Setup instructions are included in the pre-work, including what to request from your admin.
Basic familiarity with REST APIs and how LLMs call tools
You’ll design tool boundaries and contracts in Week 2, so you should already understand what an API is.
Some Python or C# helps in week 3, but isn't required to start
Week 3 uses a Foundry scaffold we provide. You’ll read and edit code rather than build an agent from scratch.

Live sessions
2 hrs / week
90 minutes live each week for 3 weeks, plus optional office hours. Each session builds one layer of the same agent: Copilot Studio and grounding, PowerAutomate actions, then Foundry and evaluation. The rest of the week is yours to build. Bring a real agent need from your job and ship it.
Weekly build
3 hrs / week
Every Friday you ship a working piece of the pipeline plus a one-page decision record. Week 1 a grounded agent live in Teams, week 2 an agent that takes gated write actions, week 3 a Foundry component and an evaluation report. Graded on engineering judgment, not product recall.
Demo Day
1 hr / week
The cohort reconvenes for Demo Day. You present the agent in an 8-minute readiness review: what it does, what it refuses, what it costs, and who owns it.
