Product Management Fundamentals: From Idea to Launch

Priyanka Shetty

AI Product Leader & Builder

Two evenings to learn how product managers think, decide, and ship.

Product management can feel like a disconnected puzzle. Market research, roadmaps, Agile, stakeholders, and metrics each come with their own vocabulary, and it is hard to tell how they fit together. I will help you make sense of the chaos, connect the pieces, and understand the game.

If you are moving into product or still learning on the job, you may know the terms and still freeze when someone asks, “What would you build first, and why?” That gap is common, and it closes when you see how product decisions connect: the customer you choose shapes the problem, the problem shapes the MVP, and the MVP shapes what you can measure.

Over two live evenings, you work one product case, TrailStart, from customer evidence to success metrics. You decide who the customer is, which problem matters, what to build first, what to leave out, how to plan delivery, and how you will know it works. You leave with a completed Starter Canvas and the confidence to explain your reasoning in plain language.

No experience needed. I explain every term before we use it.
