Build your Agentic AI PM Team

This workshop completely changed how I think about AI agents as a Product Manager. Instead of focusing on prompts or building an agent that looks fancy, Pri taught us how to think about the actual product flow: what problem we are solving, what responsibilities each agent should have, what boundaries to maintain, and where human judgment still matters. The hands on format was specially valuable. We went from understanding the concepts to actually building an AI PM agent, testing it against realistic product evidence. And then connecting multiple against sin a workflow. I walked away with a working Agentic PM team, and reusable frameworks and a much cleared understanding of how I could apply agentic AI to real product management work. Highly recommend for PMs who want to move beyond experimenting with AI and actually learn how to design useful agentic workflows.

Build your Agentic AI PM Team

Great course for someone who wants to learn to build agents. I liked her teaching style — she started with concepts, explained frameworks, and then taught us to design, build, run, evaluate, and even orchestrate them. She kept the course very hands-on, helping us through every step, and whenever we got stuck she helped us out. She was really good at defining clear scope, goals, context, and output formats for each agent so they functioned well. The final outcome was that we built 3 agents and an orchestrator. I think I can apply this framework and principles to any team of agents. Highly recommend!
