Most AI training teaches you to build courses faster. This bootcamp starts with a harder question: should you be building a course at all?
Faster is easy. Ask AI to "write 5 learning objectives for a sales training" and it will — but they'll be generic, inconsistent, and you'll spend as much time fixing them as you'd have spent writing them yourself.
Smarter is different. Smarter means building a tool that diagnoses the real problem first — is this a learning problem, a process problem, a management problem? — and then designs the right solution. A course if that's what's needed. A job aid, a feedback tool, or a coaching bot if it isn't.
