Multi-day, guided programs to get real results
Alumni reviews
This bootcamp was one of the most practical courses I've ever taken. Each week paired a real AI use case with a project I could apply to my own work. I now have a set of tools I actually use every day, and a repeatable way of thinking through how to build and evaluate new ones.
What made the course exceptional was the feedback. Phil reviewed every project in depth, pointing out what worked and why, and concrete steps for where to push further. That level of personalized, expert attention is what turned four weeks of projects into skills I'll keep on using.
Highly recommend for anyone in L&D looking to move past AI experimentation into building solutions that actually hold up.

This was my second time attending this course, after 14 months since the first iterations. It's interesting to appreciate how things are evolving in the super fast paced context called AI in L&D. Philippa is always a great trainer: clear anc concise and with concrete indications. This course is a must for those working in L&D and there should be a dedicated update session for those who previously attended

I can wholeheartedly recommend the bootcamp! What Phil teaches is an understanding of the possibilities, strengths, and weaknesses of generative AI in L&D applications. Two things I liked particularly. First, that Phil covers the use of AI across the entire process from analysis, design, development & implementation to evaluation. And second, how practical and skills-oriented the bootcamp was. I created tools that we can actually use in the company. So, definitely join in, but plan for more time than stated. I usually took longer, and I know others did too.

I've really enjoyed the AI Bootcamp for L&D and have learnt a huge amount. One of the biggest takeaways for me has been understanding how to structure prompts properly to achieve consistently high-quality results. Before the programme, I tended to ask AI straightforward questions. Now I know how to provide context, define the audience, set clear expectations and refine prompts to get outputs that are far more useful and tailored to the task.
The assignments were particularly valuable because they were grounded in real workplace challenges. I've applied the learning directly to my role, using AI to analyse large volumes of feedback data, create more effective communications, develop learning resources and strengthen reports and business cases. The feedback I received on my assignments helped me move beyond simply using AI to save time and instead use it more strategically to improve the quality of my thinking and outputs.
As a result, I'm now able to carry out more in-depth evaluations, identify themes and insights more quickly, and produce higher-quality work in less time. The programme has given me both the confidence and practical skills to use AI effectively, responsibly and in ways that genuinely add value to my organisation.

I really enjoyed the structure of the class. The online reading was just the right amount of content. Each week was very hands on I felt I was building something I will actually use. In addition, the live classes were also hands on and engaging which can be challenging to accomplish with a virtual class structure.
