I spent 25+ years building brands and communities within companies like Blizzard and Amazon, some of which grew into the millions. I managed teams, built the systems that supported them, and launched products in more than 12 languages across 5 continents, alongside some of the biggest and most loved brands in entertainment. I saw up close why a few companies earn real devotion while most only ever rent attention.
When I left to teach at Full Sail University, I turned those patterns into a system any operator or business can run, whatever the size or industry: the Emotion Engine. I don't teach theory from a book. I teach what I watched work at scale, in a form you can act on Monday. If you have the numbers but they aren't compounding into a real business, that's the gap I close.
