What you'll learn

Own the First 5 Minutes

Most interviewers waste time and lack structure, leading to a host of problems. We'll show you a better way.

Get Real Data Instead of Vague Stories

Most interviewers are getting very little actionable data. We'll discuss why and what to do about it.

Break Your Bias, Increase Your Hit Rate

Most hiring decisions are laughably gut-based and riddled with bias. We'll show you what to do instead.

Why this topic matters

Most hiring decisions are rushed, biased, and based on gut feel—leading to costly mistakes and missed talent. But who you hire is your career. The people you bet on shape the success of your team, your company, and your own trajectory. In 30 minutes, you’ll uncover a repeatable system to make sharper hiring decisions, reduce noise, and surround yourself with people who raise the bar.
