  • 1. Welcome and set the intention - 15 min

    Meet the group, choose a real project to explore, and get clear on the outcome you want to create during the workshop.

  • 2. Build your AI design foundation - 45 min

    Learn useful prompting, discover the AI tools worth knowing, and set up a simple working environment that fits your practice.

  • 3. See the AI-augmented design process - 45 min

    Follow a real project from brief to handoff. See where AI can support the process, and where your own design judgment should lead.

  • Break - 15 min

    Take a breather, stretch, and connect with the other designers. Let the first part of the workshop settle before we turn insight into practice.

  • 4. Apply the process to your own work - 90 min

    Rework one meaningful part of your project using the process. Experiment with dedicated time, live guidance, and feedback along the way.

  • 5. Share, reflect, and keep building - 30 min

    Share what you have made, learn from the group, and leave with a clear next step for making this workflow your own.
