What you'll learn

How to validate AI ideas before building

Learn how to test demand, feasibility, and risk before investing in full development.

How to design fast validation experiments

Understand which signals matter early, and how to run lightweight tests with prototypes and user feedback.

How to separate model performance from product value

Learn how to evaluate whether issues are caused by the AI or by the product framing.

How to decide what to build, change, or drop

Learn a clear decision framework for moving forward or killing ideas early.

Why this topic matters

Many AI products fail not because models are weak, but because ideas are never validated. Teams confuse technical feasibility with real user value and build features no one needs. This session introduces a repeatable validation playbook for AI products, covering early assumption testing, simple experiments, and clear build, iterate, or stop decisions before committing significant time or resources
