What you'll learn

Implement a 5-Stage AI Development Loop

Students will master a structured workflow to move AI-generated code systematically from research to production review.

Minimize Coding Agent Hallucinations

Students will apply specific constraint prompting techniques to keep automated assistants aligned with codebase rules.

Scale Automated Testing Across Teams

Students will execute testing and review protocols that maintain reliability across large repositories.

Why this topic matters

Vibe coding fails on legacy code and production traffic. This lesson teaches you the exact workflow patterns needed to turn unpredictable LLMs into maintainable features. By adopting automated code verification and rigorous evaluation loops, you will safely accelerate your shipping cycles and grow from writing boilerplate into an architect who orchestrates reliable, enterprise-grade AI workflows.

You'll learn from

Mihail Eric

Head of AI at Monaco | Lecturer at Stanford | Helping 32K+ software engineers

Mihail Eric is Head of AI at Monaco a startup building the future AI-powered revenue platform for GTM teams. He is also a lecturer at Stanford, where he created and teaches "The Modern Software Developer", the world's first university course on AI software development. In past lives, he was a technical lead at Amazon Alexa where he built the first LLMs for the organization. Mihail also founded a YC-backed AI coding company. Before that he started Confetti AI, a machine learning education startup that trained thousands of students globally and that he led until its acquisition in 2022. Mihail did his graduate school at Stanford University in AI where he was advised by Christopher Manning.
