I’m a product design leader with over a decade of experience spanning startups, scale-ups, and global tech companies from being the first designer at an early-stage startup to leading high-growth, cross-functional teams in complex product environments.

Along the way, I learned that strong design work isn’t enough: visibility, clarity, and confidence are what move your career forward. Many talented designers hit the same wall I did: they’ve mastered the craft, but haven’t had access to the kind of coaching that helps them grow into strategic partners. That’s why I’m building this course, to share the changes that really made a difference for my career.
