Founder @ KaaS.team, Agentic AI educator

Most agentic AI courses teach one shape: a person asks, an agent retrieves, an answer comes back. Enterprise systems come in many shapes. Some are fixed workflows a regulator signs off. Some are agents that choose their own next step. Some are teams of agents, started by an inbox, a schedule or another agent, that run for hours. The wrong shape is expensive, because an agent spends several times the tokens of a chat and a team of agents many times more.
In four weeks you build two production systems that cover the whole map.
Project 1 is an inquiry pipeline for a drug maker: a fixed workflow that answers doctors from approved content, behind an eval gate that fails the release if it misses a single adverse event.
Project 2 is AI mission control: a board of AI employees, each hired for one outcome, such as a support issue resolved and not reopened, or invoices matched overnight. A manager hands out the work and checks it, a human approves anything risky, and the board shows the cost of every outcome.
Recorded design reviews take apart systems real companies run. Your capstone is your own AI employee on the board, defended in a one-to-one architecture review.
Learn when to build a workflow, an agent or a team of agents by shipping two production systems, each measured by the outcome it delivers.
Place each job on the map as a workflow, an agent or a team of agents.
Decide what starts it, a person, an event or a schedule, and how long it lives.
Price each shape in tokens before writing code.
Chain, route and check every inquiry, with code deciding each step.
Ground every answer in approved content.
Fail the release when one adverse event is missed.
Give each employee one outcome, one metric and one thing it must never do, each a test.
Count work as done only when the system of record agrees.
Show the cost per outcome on the board, failed runs included.
Run a manager that hands off work and blocks any agent approving its own action.
Split research across subagents and keep every claim cited.
Keep a human in the loop on Telegram for anything that cannot be undone.
Survive a crash mid-run without writing anything twice.
Block a prompt injection hidden in a customer email.
Gate every model swap on evals and onboard a second tenant.

Founder @ KaaS.team, Engineering leader, Agentic AI educator
Software engineers whose agent demo now has to ship (you learn which shape to build, what it costs and how to prove it works)
Tech leads and architects who sign off agent designs (you learn the map, the patterns and the questions a review should ask)
Engineering leaders and PMs who own an agent feature (you learn to hire an agent for an outcome and pay per result, not per run)
The sessions build in Python, and you can read TypeScript.
You can clone a repository, run containers and call an API.
Any major provider works; budget some API credit for the weekly projects.

Live sessions
Learn directly from Paramanantham Harrison in a real-time, interactive format.
Live build sessions
Every session is hands-on. You build the next part of each system while I build it alongside you.
Two reference systems with source code
The regulated pipeline and AI mission control, each with its tests and decision records, ready to run from the first session.
Recorded design reviews
Walkthroughs of agentic systems real companies run and have written about, such as expense approval, support resolution, accounts payable and multi-agent research. Each covers the job, the shape, the design, how it is measured and what was traded.
Architecture review of your capstone
A 30-minute one-to-one review of your own AI employee's design with me, before demo day.
Weekly office hours
A live hour each Friday to get unblocked on that week's project.
Capstone demo and live feedback
Demo your AI employee on the board, with its outcome and cost per outcome, on the final Friday.
Recordings you keep
Every live session is recorded, so a missed session or a second look is always there.
Rejoin a future cohort
Join a later live cohort of this buildcamp at no extra cost, as the models and the patterns change.
Cohort community
A space to compare designs and get help from engineers, leaders and PMs building the same systems.
