What a Dot is, how it differs from a chat and from other agents, what it can do on its own, and which small-business tasks to hand it first. Plans and requirements included.
Part 2 · Your First Dot (Hands-on), 0:30–1:15
Create, name and brief your first Dot from ChatGPT or Codex, give it a real task from your business and watch it work, check its output and correct it.
Part 3 · Context & Memory (Hands-on), 1:15–2:00
Build a business context base with brand voice, clients, processes and goals, so your Dots never guess. Test it by giving two Dots the same brief.
Part 4 · Connect to Your Tools (Hands-on), 2:00–3:00
Connect Dots to Slack, Teams and email, and give each one its own identity, credentials and permissions, so it only touches what it needs.
Part 5 · Your Team of Dots (Hands-on), 3:00–4:15
Build specialist Dots for sales follow-up, customer support and admin, and make them coordinate: daily reports, alerts and handoffs without you in the loop.
Part 6 · Roll It Out (Lecture + Q&A), 4:15–5:00
