Aishwarya Srinivasan is the Co-founder of The Gen Academy and a globally recognized AI educator with a community of 1.2M+ professionals. Previously, she led AI Developer Relations at Fireworks AI and built AI products and ecosystems at Google, Microsoft, and IBM. She holds a Master’s in Data Science from Columbia University.

Arvind Narayanamurthy is the Co-founder of The Gen Academy, former AI Solutions Architect at Ema, and Founder of Eikos Health. He has built and deployed enterprise AI systems across Microsoft, IBM, and Adobe, combining deep technical expertise with a practical approach to production AI. He holds a Master’s from Carnegie Mellon University.

Isha Chaturvedi is a founding technical member at Keenable AI, building web search for agents. She has over seven years of industry experience in machine learning, specializing in NLU and generative AI. Previously, she worked at Amazon AGI on web grounding for large-scale AI systems, and at Articul8, Capital One, and Ericsson. Her research spans LLM reasoning, interpretability, and multi-agent systems. She contributes to the Maya multilingual multimodal model with Cohere for AI and holds multiple NLU patents. Isha has co-chaired the Machine Learning in Finance workshop at KDD since 2024 and taught few-shot learning and inference optimization with O’Reilly. She holds a master’s degree from New York University and an undergraduate degree from HKUST.
