Leader’s Labyrinth: Leading through change.

Andrew Wallbridge

Become someone worth following

Leadership isn’t a skill. It’s who you are.

Lead change with clarity, credibility and willing commitment.

When the way ahead is uncertain, people look to you for direction. Explaining the plan is one thing. Earning their trust and willingness to act is another.

What is it about you that makes others willingly choose to act?

Leader’s Labyrinth is a seven-week experience exploring that question through who you are, how you earn credibility, and how you communicate.

You’ll work towards:

• A clearer understanding of what you stand for and how that shapes your leading.
• Greater confidence to speak up and provide direction during change.
• Communication that helps people understand where you’re going and why it matters.
• Trustworthiness that encourages willing commitment.

With a maximum of six participants, there is time to explore your own experiences, question your assumptions and put your learning into practice between sessions.

You’ll learn directly with Andrew Wallbridge, drawing on more than 30 years of developing leaders in organisations including Google, Unilever, Nike and CapitalOne Bank.

Seven live sessions. Up to 21 hours together. Space to develop as someone others willingly choose to follow.
