She serves as the technical advisor for Integral Mission at World Relief, bringing to her role nearly two decades of experience in the international and faith-based nonprofit arena. She is profoundly committed to advocating for gender equality and justice, as well as to the art of visual and written storytelling. Eeva is passionate about ensuring diverse representation in leadership tables through practices that welcome all, and fostering balance between professional careers and personal life. She is the co-author of Creating Cultures of Belonging: Cultivating Organizations Where Women and Men Thrive (IVP, 2022). Eeva holds an M.S. in International Politics from the University of Helsinki and an MBA in Management from the Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School. Eeva is a member of the Network Advisory Committee of The Wheaton Network Initiative on Gender, Development and Christianity, and a member of the Advisory Board of The Christian Alliance for Inclusive Development.

She is a compassionate leadership development facilitator with experience and a talent for connecting with diverse individuals. She holds a Master of Arts in Intercultural Studies from Fuller Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Wheaton College. She brings expertise in adult learning, collaborative and experiential education, and human-centered leadership. During her time at Development Associates International (DAI), she led leadership workshops across various regions of the globe. Whether facilitating sessions on ethics, servant leadership, adult education, or conflict management, Daneli crafts interactive and inclusive learning experiences that encourage both personal and professional growth. In addition, as a Program Officer at Cornerstone Trust, she worked towards expanding funding strategies and supported impactful projects in West Africa and Latin America, showcasing her deep commitment to community and leadership development. Her work is rooted in a genuine passion for helping others grow. She is more than an educator; she is a mentor who enriches every community she joins with kindness and expertise.
