We'll identify and prioritize what we will begin to delegate to start saving you time.

Operating Rhythms and Setting up for Success

Now that you've got your VA hired, we need to implement systems so you are not constantly needing to answer questions and manage your VA's work.


I'll provide you my templates and show you exactly how to set up processes so your VA can complete work independently and this doesn't end up adding more work for you (this is where most people fail).
