Course overview
Of course you are.
For the last decade, I have immersed myself in AI technology, first as the General Counsel at a computer vision company called Clarifai and then as the founder of a GenAI company called ClearOPS.
Throughout this journey, I have built ethics programs, contemplated licensing and copyright legal issues and navigated the complexity that is AI.
I have also led several courses on AI governance since being in the first class to take the AIGP exam.
Due to demand, I have distilled all my learnings into a special class just for you. In 90 minutes, we will cover:
🐲 Policies! Whether you want one policy that you roll out to your entire company or one per business unit. ($1500 value)
🐲 AI Risk assessments templates that you can customize for your own use to manage AI vendors. ($1500 value)
🐲 Presenting to the Board? I got you. (this one is priceless)
🐲 AI Agents - what they are and how to control them.
🐲 AI Addendum drafting and procurement strategies. (bonus)

What about ISO 42001 or a third party audit of an AI system?
Should your company seek an AI audit or should you be asking AI vendors for proof of theirs? Are they worth it? We will cover the current regulatory landscape and compliance programming.
AI Red Teaming and the AI Committee
We will cover how you build an AI governance program that includes constant monitoring of AI systems.
Proving your AI Governance
There is value in an AI Governance program beyond the policies and the monitoring. We will include my highly valued presentation to the Board.

AI, Cybersecurity and Privacy Practice Area Group Leader
I have been a practicing lawyer for 25 years. Initially, I was outside counsel to tech companies as their corporate securities attorney, representing them in financings and M&A.
I moved in-house in 2010 where I dove into the world of privacy and cybersecurity.
In 2015, I joined an AI company and was one of the first, if not the first, to draft an AI licensing agreement.
Those were the days! Now, I lead classes on AI Governance, from my point of view.
