Hi, I’m Natasha, a neurodivergent changemaker, DEI coach, and content strategist dedicated to helping neurodivergent professionals break barriers and build lives that truly fit. With a J.D. from New York Law School and a career spanning coaching, education, podcasting, and entrepreneurship, I’ve spent over 15 years empowering others through workshops, digital content, and inclusive learning.

I’ve supported global learners through Bookboon Learning, led DEI coaching with TaskHuman, and built thriving communities on ShareWell and Swellcast (Dressing Room 8 and Neuro Vibe). As a co-host of WokeNFree, I create honest conversations around identity and culture while gaming, and as founder of Dressing Room 8, I help individuals and organizations grow through content, coaching, and corporate trainings.

In this course, I’m bringing together practical tools, lived experience, and practical strategies to support neurodivergent professionals who are ready to go beyond surviving and start thriving. Whether you’re facing job uncertainty, launching a side hustle, or designing your next chapter, you’ll leave with strategies, confidence, and a supportive community.
