Course overview

Turn your internal comms into a fast, secure, and consistent, AI-powered system

Over three 90-minute sessions, you’ll learn how to apply AI tools directly to internal communications and marketing communications so you can produce clearer, faster, more consistent messaging across teams. Each session combines live demonstrations, practical exercises, and ready-to-use templates so you walk away with real outputs, not just theory. By the end of the course, you will:

Save hours each week by automating repetitive communication tasks like drafting updates, summarizing meetings, or rewriting content for different audiences

Turn long, complex information into clear, short, audience-friendly messages using AI summarization and tone adaptation

Build your own internal “AI communications agent” that can help write weekly updates, FAQs, onboarding content, or department-specific messages

Use AI for consistency—voice, tone, and brand alignment across teams and channels

Create templates and prompts you can share with your HR team so everyone benefits from what you build

Develop a pilot plan to roll out AI-supported communications in your own organization, with ethical guardrails and human oversight

By the end of the course, you won’t just understand how AI can support internal communications — you’ll have a working system, ready to use the next day.
