Our goal this week is to find clarity around the job search phase & create a career plan that will give us a direction, even in the longer run.
You will start off with a thorough self-analysis, followed by learning material on career paths, narrowing down and tightening your company and job goals and eventually create a career roadmap.
After the workshop, complete all prompts and submit your document (plan).

This module is where you'll brush up/create a professional brand & learn how to use this now and in the future.
By the end of this week, you will have sharpened your Linkedin profile, your resume and have a cover letter format that you can use for the role you are potentially most interested in.
The project of this week is submitting your Linkedin profile URL, resume (PDF format) and cover letter format.

Acing interviews & securing job offers
This module is where we learn how to strategically prepare for job interviews.
You'll be introduced to a preparation framework and interview questions that can be used in all of your future interviews. The goal is that this will become a repeatable system to help you prepare faster, but even more importantly, to enable you to have confident interview conversations that lead to job offers.
We'll prepare for a hypothetical interview for a real job posting and do mock interviews.
