Across government, banking, and Web3, I’ve steered teams through market shocks, regulatory grey zones, and high-speed expansions into new markets. I’ve built strategies that deliver under pressure, scaled operations in uncharted territory, and helped leaders make the calls that matter when time is short and stakes are high.
I’m also the author of the upcoming book EDGE, a field guide for leaders navigating tech-driven change.
