You'll learn how to communicate and give feedback in a way that people can really hear, maximize your ability to influence, and create a culture of candor.

You'll have a chance to discover and refine your values, identify values-based behaviors that serve as the foundation for your recruiting and performance management processes.

You'll learn best practices and discover what's in the way of hiring world class talent, and letting go of team members who are below the performance and/or culture bar. (Remember, your culture is what you tolerate.)

You'll learn the true causes of your busy-ness, pressure and stress, and have a chance to align your time - and your energy - with what truly moves the needle for you and your business.

You'll learn the true causes of conflict and how to quickly and effectively resolve conflict and create win-for-all solutions.

You'll learn how to run (and teach others to run) highly effective meetings and 1-on-1s that your team members will find meaningful and difference-making.

You'll look at your relationship with your board and how to be who you want to be and create a board dynamic that will serve you and the business.

We'll integrate the learnings from the Course and create a plan to practice your tools and continue to support one another on your startup journey.
