I founded PSFK more than 20 years ago to spot what’s next in retail, brands and consumer behavior. Since then, my team and I have produced trend and innovation research for clients including Nike, Google, Target and Apple.

Over the past year I’ve also become a builder. Without a traditional engineering background, I’ve directed AI coding agents to create an AI knowledge platform, a consumer AI service and the automated research workflows we now use at PSFK.
