Taking a tech phobe like me and making them comfortable with AI is not at all easy. After 10 and a half years I am still learning the Compass platform.
I don't want to say Matt makes it easy because that sounds too simple. He does make it easy but it is not simple. I had to watch the Maven playback so that I could practice in real time. I am super grateful that we get access to the tape after the live because like a good movie, I pick up something else each time I access it.
The course is in-depth and comprehensive in learning some super helpful tools in creating systems for your business. If you are not well-versed in AI like me, it will blow your head open to it's capabilities. Matt is a passionate and patient teacher - there is no question that he does not answer clearly and kindly.
I highly recommend this class even if, especially if, you are unsure about AI. Don't feel like you need to absorb it all at once. It's quite ok to glean more info on the playback.

I went in thinking I already knew Claude pretty well. I did not.
I'm a real estate agent in Northern NJ and I use AI every day. Listing copy, client emails, market updates, social content, seller prep letters. I thought I had a solid handle on it. Matt spent a full day showing me exactly how much I was leaving on the table.
The pacing was perfect. Not too slow, not a fire hose. He explains things the way a really smart friend explains things, not like someone reading off a slide deck. He gets real estate. The examples were relevant, the use cases were practical, and the way he broke down prompting strategy made everything click in a way that YouTube tutorials never did for me.
After a full day (9 HOURS!) I walked out with frameworks I could use the next morning. And I did.
If you are in real estate and you are not using AI intentionally, you are working harder than you need to be. This course is how you get intentional about it. Worth every minute. Thank you Matt!
