From 2014-2022 he created the brand and led marketing at Compass (COMP) from 40 employees to the #1 independent real estate company in America with over $6 Billion in revenue. He was the first marketing hire and built every aspect of the brand including hand-picking all creative and marketing leadership and building a national in-house service group for 30,000 real estate professionals across 50+ US cities. His work oversaw every aspect of the modern marketing stack: design, strategy, production, media, performance marketing, events and much more.


Returning back to his entrepreneurial roots in 2022 Matt serves as a marketing coach and consultant to startup founders and top real estate agents across the country.
