I help leaders move AI from pilots that stall to workflows people actually use.

By day I'm an AI Product Manager at MAP (WPP Enterprise Solutions), shipping AI tools for global brands such as Ford, Google, IKEA and Mazda. Before that, at Deloitte, I ran 100+ Design Sprints and trained 400+ leaders, mostly in financial services. I've also been a Product Owner in e-commerce, and I hold the PSPO I.

I founded Refine AI Consulting and created the 90-Day AI Adoption Framework: find your Decider, map one real workflow, set a goal you can measure, test with the people who do the work, then decide with evidence.

That's what you practise in my course, on your own case, from the first session.

Based in Athens. I teach in English and Greek, across Europe and beyond.
