I've spent twenty years in executive rooms: VP of Performance at two companies, fractional CRO, and advisor to CEOs and leadership teams. I know the rooms you walk into, because I've sat in them.

I also spent a decade in ultra-endurance sport, where your body doesn't let you lie. That's where breath became my daily practice. Five years ago I went all in and brought it into work and life.

Few people have lived both worlds: the boardroom and ultra-endurance sport. I have, and breath is what connects them.

I'm not a yoga teacher and I'm not a scientist. I run my life on what I teach, every single day.
