This is a well-designed course and a strong finale to the five-class series. It covers many layers of analysis, along with a framework and techniques for designing AI ecosystems, from "What is an AI agent?" to "How do we design human oversight?" and “How BA facilitates the conversation?” As a business analyst, it is a mindset shift, and I gained new perspectives. The content can feel overwhelming if you are new to agentic AI (like me). It is ideal to have a foundational AI literary, but it is well worth the effort. I highly recommend this class!
