Alumni reviews

I joined this workshop looking for a repeatable methodology to diagnose customer journey problems before jumping to product solutions, and it delivered exactly that. What I appreciated most was the combination of well-crafted prompts and a structured framework that guides you from analysis to synthesis. Rather than generating isolated AI outputs, the methodology helps you identify and categorise customer journey gaps, prioritise the most important opportunities, and produce a concise deliverable that you can build on. For anyone working on B2C customer journeys, this workshop provides a practical starting point for evaluating brand positioning and the path to conversion. I can already see myself applying this framework to product discovery, client engagements, prospecting, and as a foundation for developing my own consulting methodology. The workflow is still fairly manual (there's a fair amount of copying and pasting content into your AI tool), but I can already see opportunities to automate parts of it over time. Overall, I found the framework easy to understand, repeatable, and immediately applicable.
