We use AI quite extensively. However, one of the most valuable takeaways for me was learning where AI breaks down. The course pushed us to think critically about hallucinations, trustworthiness, and judgment which completely changed how I evaluate AI-generated insights and recommendations. Before I tended to focus on automations. Now I reflect critically about the quality of the output generated by AI before making decisions.
