One on one training: Product Sense & Strategy

In this 1:1 training with me, I will take you through all of my Product Sense & Strategy material in 20 hours. I will also spend about 10 hours answering your questions and working with you on the specific product & strategy issues you want to solve. You will spend a total of 30 hours 1:1 with me.

The core material covered in this coaching is identical to what I teach in my World-class Product Sense course (this also includes 5-6 hours of material on Product Strategy). Because this is a 1:1 class, you will have the flexibility to extend some topics and contract some others, depending on your specific learning needs.

The pacing and the duration of this training will be determined based on your needs and mutual schedules, but it is fair to assume that this training will be delivered over 6-12 calendar weeks.

This training will be offered over Zoom and is open to individuals worldwide. For individuals residing in the San Francisco Bay Area, an in-person offering is available in Berkeley, California.

This is obviously a very bespoke offering.

It is meant for founders / CEOs / product executives / senior product leaders who are in extremely high leverage roles, such that their correct product decisions create a singular incremental impact of 100s of millions to billions to their company’s valuation.

Individuals who engage me on this and similar offerings tend to have an annual compensation of 7 to 8 figures USD.
