Executive Coaching

I provide executive coaching in these areas:

• work-life integration, life harmony, purpose

• next career moves (promotions, job changes, switching careers, interviews, choosing between offers, comp negotiations)

Because of the nature of my coaching and the high demand for it, I have very few openings. At the same time, I never fill up my coaching calendar 100% and leave it intentionally open for the right client.

My coaching is not-your-usual-coaching, it is very advanced, and it is best suited for clients who are seeking rapid acceleration.

A 6-month coaching engagement with me is equivalent to 5-10 years of regular executive coaching (results will of course depend on how engaged and committed you are).

Individuals who engage me for executive coaching tend to be in very high leverage roles, with an annual compensation of 7 to 8 figures USD or startup founders with 8+ figures of potential equity.

Some titles of individuals who’ve engaged me for executive coaching in the past: Founder/CTO, Founder/CEO, Founder/CPTO, Head of Product, VP Product, Owner/Principal

Due to high demand, I do not offer a la carte / hourly coaching.

3-month coaching option:

4 hours/month for $20,000 USD per month

6-month coaching option:

4 hours/month for $15,000 USD per month

(24 hours total over 6 months)

1-year coaching option:

4 hours/month for $15,000 USD per month

(48 hours total over 12 months)

My coaching is entirely different from the typical executive coaching you’re used to and we tend to achieve tremendous tangible progress in surprisingly short times.

Full payment for the full duration of coaching is due at the time of signing the coaching contract, but we can discuss alternative payment schedules if necessary. Equity compensation is considered on a case by case basis but the vast majority of my coaching engagements are cash-only.
