Originally from Germany, I have spent the last 5 years in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Since I am in Dubai, I am working as an independent coach and trainer for Executives in the private and public sectors, helping my clients to move up in their careers.

They come to me when they are stuck, when they feel unheard, unseen, or even overlooked.

Together we work on their confidence, on their executive presence, and on their ability to influence and inspire others.

My career started as HR Manager in various tech start-ups; here I built the HR function from scratch.

My last position was HR Director in an international company in the Health sector.

I am holding two Master degrees; one in HR Management, one in Business Coaching and Change Management. Since last year, I am also holding an EMBA.
