  2. A 1:1 debrief of 60 minutes before the workshop

  3. Practical strategies developed and discussed in the workshop to change your behavior based on your new understanding of your blindspots

What you’ll learn

Impactful behavioural change starts with reliable data on how you show up and how others perceive you. That's the essence of this workshop.

  • Motive, identity, traits, intellect, emotions, and behaviour are the six areas that are in the focus of the Blindspotting assessment.

  • Understanding how your motive impacts all other blindspots you have is the foundation for meaningful change.

  • Every Leader is dependent on external feedback - this assessment gives it to you unfiltered. No flattery, no beating around the bush.

Workshop agenda

  • Pre workshop: assessment and debrief

    Sign up early so we have enough time to debrief your assessment. You will receive the link to take the assessment within 24 hours of signing up. Once you completed it, we will do you 1:1 debrief.

  • The workshop

    In the workshop we will develop tangible action steps for you to start behavioural change in each of the six areas - your blindspots will no longer impact you.

  • Post workshop

    After the workshop you will receive a link to book a 1:1 follow up session. You can book it up to 3 months later. In this session we will discuss what else you need to make the desired change.
