This is a very practical course. I took the AI Product Management Certification through Product Faculty, and the hands-on capstone is what sets it apart. You don’t just learn about agentic products. You build one, and you come away understanding how these systems work, where they break, and what decisions a PM has to make along the way. I’ve used that experience in how I think about product strategy, roadmap, and development. The support was just as strong. The Product Faculty team was available around the clock. Questions got answered quickly, feedback was useful, and I never felt stuck for long. That kind of responsiveness is rare in online courses. If you’re a PM who wants real, usable skills in AI rather than theory, I highly recommend this course.
