Lee is a marketing entrepreneur and author. He has spent over thirty years working at the intersection of marketing and technology. Today he runs the marketing technology startup Into-it, which helps retailers with customer loyalty. Earlier in his career, he was a music and technology journalist. He is the author of the novel Queer Fish in God's Waiting Room and an Oasis biography. His latest book, The Manual, is an introduction to basic marketing theory.
