When your questions invite thinking, senior leaders engage—and influence becomes possible.

28 years in Tech, Leadership & Coaching, ICF-MCC Coach for Tech Leaders

I have been working with tech leaders for 28 years. I spent 16 years in corporate fintech before becoming a coach, leading product roles at Oracle (erstwhile Iflex Solutions India), Fiserv, and Open Solutions.

For the past 12 years, I've coached CXOs, VPs, and senior directors in tech organizations. I'm an ICF Master Certified Coach and have served as Chair of the ICF Professional Coaches Global Board.

I've written two books on leadership—Are You the Leader You Want to Be? (introducing the HUMAN Leadership framework) and Get Your Next Promotion (career advancement for tech leaders). I've published in Harvard Business Review and Forbes, and been recognized as one of 15 Visionary C-Suite Coaches by US Reporter.

In this 30-minute session, you'll discover something most tech leaders miss: your questions are the invisible barrier between you and deeper engagement with senior leaders. I've watched brilliant tech leaders ask questions that close doors instead of open them. The curiosity is there—but the framework to translate it into questions that land isn't.

What you'll learn here is built on years of coaching practice and real conversations with senior leaders. Not a theory. A working method I've tested with hundreds of tech leaders who wanted to be heard differently. Three questions that shift how senior leaders show up in conversations with you.

You'll get value learning with me because I've lived both sides. I've been a tech leader, And I've spent 12 years coaching leaders in tech organizations. I am looking forward to seeing you there.
