He is the author of four books in The Product Leader Series, covering product strategy, operations, culture, and analytics. The EIM framework (Evidence, Impact, Mechanism) at the core of this course comes directly from his work building and shipping real AI products.

Simon is also a mentor at Blackbird Ventures, host of the Product Ops People Podcast, and instructor at General Assembly. He has spoken at Enterprise AI Sydney on AI governance and at Friends of Figma Sydney on rapid AI prototyping.
