The course was well-structured and well-paced: it's busy but not overwhelming. I wasn't sure what to expect but I've come out with valuable advice about how to best pitch ideas to stakeholders and guide strategic direction rather than just respond to it. Using the right language, finding supporting data, connecting to stakeholder drivers, even presentation style. The cherry on top was learning how to use AI to do a lot of the legwork.
