Maggie Ruvoldt has spent her career proving that HR and career strategy aren't soft skills.
She's twice served as a CHRO, and now works as an advisor, consultant and facilitator enabling organizations to redesign how work gets done.
Her approach is direct and values-driven. Whether the topic is your next career move or an organization's AI strategy, she believes technology and titles serve people, not replace judgment and connection only people can bring.
Her path wasn't linear and she doesn't believe careers should be. Thaty's why she teaches career strategy as something you build deliberately, not something that happens to you.
She holds a BA from Connecticut College, an MS in HR Management from Rutgers, and an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler.
