Are you doing the right things for a thriving network?

The Networking Behavior Check-Up is a 20-question self-assessment that gives you an honest answer. It's not about how many LinkedIn connections you have or how outgoing you are. It measures what you're actually doing, across five areas that determine whether a network is alive or quietly going dormant:

Contact Frequency — how often you're actually in touch with people, not just connected to them.

Network Span — whether your closest contacts come from different companies, functions, seniority levels, and industries, or all look like you.

Reciprocity — whether you're offering help, making introductions, and showing up for other people, or only reaching out when you need something.

Visibility & Presence — how consistently you're showing up in the places where your network can see you.

Maintenance & Follow-Through — whether you have any real system for staying in touch, or you're relying on memory and good intentions.

Each area gets four questions, scored on a simple 1-4 scale. Add up all 20 and you land in one of four bands, from Dormant Network to Thriving Network, each with a plain-language read on what that score actually means and where to focus first.

Ten minutes, no framework to learn first, no wrong answers. Just a clear, current picture of your networking habits, the kind of thing that's genuinely useful whether you're actively job hunting, thinking about a next move, or just haven't checked in on your network in a while and suspect it's gone quiet.
