I recently completed the Belonging cohort as part of the Lead Like a Futurist coursework this fall, and it was a transformative experience. The curriculum struck a meaningful balance between theoretical frameworks and practical application, helping me develop a deeper understanding of how to foster genuine belonging in organizational contexts. What stood out most was the quality of dialogue within our cohort. The diverse perspectives and vulnerability shared by participants created a learning environment that didn't just teach about belonging, it modeled it. The facilitators were skilled at holding space for complex conversations while keeping us focused on actionable insights we could implement immediately. The frameworks I learned have already influenced how I approach leadership challenges, particularly around inclusive decision-making and creating psychological safety. This cohort gave me both the language and the tools to lead with more intentionality around belonging. I'd highly recommend this experience to anyone looking to develop their leadership practice in ways that center human connection and organizational culture.

This class took the Lead Like a Futurist to the next level. The depth and clarity it provided increased my confidence in the trust I have for myself while providing practical ways to create belonging for others.
