The Leading Strategy curriculum is grounded in Cecily’s award-winning book, Think Like a Futurist, a proven guide for applying foresight to strategy and innovation in corporate settings. Built on 25 years of success with clients across industries, this course integrates real-world case studies to bring the concepts to life and provide actionable insights for your own strategic challenges.

While not required, reading Think Like a Futurist will offer additional depth and context to the course material.

    Up to 2 hours per week

    • The Prework will generally be 30 minutes of time or less.
