In this course, you’ll discover that belonging isn’t just a feeling; it has a structure.     With a gang of peers

    There are five 90-min live sessions that occur on Wednesdays at 9am CST. This time is suited to a variety of timezones, making it friendly to students across the Americas and Europe.

  • Prework and Homework

    Up to 2 hours per week

    • The Prework will generally be 30 minutes of time or less.
    • Expect Homework to take 30-60 minutes each week.

    Additionally, we offer two Workrooms (Optional) for group coaching and project work on Fridays, 9am and 3pm
